The Slop Fork: Migrating a Python Backend to Bun with Claude Code

I used Claude Code to migrate our entire production RAG backend from Python, FastAPI, and Supabase to Bun, Hono, and Drizzle ORM. 109 commits in 5 days, 14,000 lines of TypeScript, and an 83-test smoke test that actually passes. Here's how I approached it.
